Holy Cross Christian Academy’s Strategic Plan is our roadmap for the future. This plan, under the direction of Dr. Alan Pue, Senior Consultant of the The Barnabus Group, outlines intentional strategies to deepen our impact, strengthen our identity, and guide Holy Cross Christian Academy into a season of purposeful growth and Christ-centered excellence.

  • Strategic Initiative Two: Create a Master Plan for Facilities that Accommodate Future Growth

    To continue serving families with excellence and advancing our vision of “The Best Education in the Best Environment,” HCCA must strategically pursue a new Upper School facility that fosters student belonging, supports long-term growth, and meets the urgent need for expanded capacity in Burleson.

  • Strategic Initiative Three: Grow Early Education Programs to Support Growth Objectives & Spiritual Mission

    Our Early Education program—widely regarded as the heart of HCCA and central to our mission—lays a strong academic and spiritual foundation in a nurturing, Christ-centered environment. To support long-term growth, HCCA will expand these offerings, building on our reputation for excellence to serve more families and enrich young lives.

    With rapid community growth, HCCA will amplify its impact through strategic marketing and outreach using clear, consistent, and creative marketing to deepen engagement, broaden awareness, and build lasting, mission-aligned partnerships.
